As a Southern Arizona native, Dr. Allen attended Eastern Arizona College and The University of Arizona before attending The University of Louisville School of Dentistry where he earned his DMD degree.

Dr. Allen has been teaching dental implants as a course director for a National Implant Training program and as a mentor at internationally recognized training programs.
